Construction Project Engineer

**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Construction Project Engineer** with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing construction sites and project coordination. The successful candidate must be a **qualified engineer**, hold a **valid UAE driving license**, and be **MOHRE-approved**. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure they align with project plans and timelines. * Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and address project needs. * Monitor and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies on-site. * Prepare and review engineering documents, drawings, and reports. * Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks. * Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. * Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager regularly. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and MOHRE standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or Gulf construction industry. * Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). * MOHRE-approved engineer status (preference). * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. * Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Sales or client-facing experience in the construction or engineering field. * Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities. * **Ready to join Immediately.** **Salary & Benefits** * Competitive salary * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Annual leave and end-of-service benefits as per UAE labor law Interested and qualified candidates are requested to **send their updated CV** to **[email protected]** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
