Hiring: Operations / Projects Manager – Civil Works Company: TECHNO CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTING L.L.C Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time TECHNO CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTING L.L.C is looking for a strong and experienced Operations / Projects Manager to lead day-to-day operations and oversee project execution across multiple civil works projects in Dubai. We are seeking a practical, organized, and hands-on professional who can independently manage projects from initiation to final handover while maintaining full control over site activities, manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, reporting, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across active civil works projects Oversee project execution from start to final handover Supervise engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors Plan manpower allocation and daily site activities Coordinate materials, procurement, and supplier follow-up Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers Monitor project progress, quality control, snagging, and handover Track variations, extra works, and site requirements Prepare daily and weekly operational reports Ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and on schedule Requirements Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Civil Works Strong experience in villa construction and interior finishing works Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and manage site execution effectively UAE driving licence preferred Immediate joiners preferred What We Need This role requires someone who can: Take ownership of projects Solve operational and site issues independently Manage teams effectively Maintain strong project control with minimal supervision Reduce management involvement in daily operational matters Salary Salary will be discussed based on experience, capability, and suitability for the role.
