Construction Site Foreman

Salary & Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 5,500 – 9,500 (based on experience) * Performance-based incentives * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Transportation allowance (if applicable) * Overtime pay as per company policy * Career growth into Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor roles * Stable long-term employment in the construction sector Work Schedule * Full-time position * 8–10 hours per day * 6 days per week * Site-based role with physical and operational activity Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily construction site activities and workforce * Assign tasks and manage site workers and subcontractors * Ensure work is completed according to project plans and drawings * Monitor construction progress and report updates to management * Enforce safety standards and site regulations * Inspect workmanship and ensure quality control standards * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers * Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage on site * Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently * Ensure timely completion of construction milestones Skills for This Role * Strong construction site supervision experience * Knowledge of building methods and construction processes * Leadership and team management skills * Ability to read technical drawings and plans * Health and safety (HSE) awareness * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Communication and coordination skills * Time management and scheduling skills * Quality control and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously Requirements * Diploma or technical qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred * Proven experience as a site foreman or similar role in construction * Strong knowledge of construction site operations * Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced site environment * Physically fit and able to work on active construction sites * Good communication and reporting skills About the Company **Luukku Construction** is a construction company in Qatar specializing in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
