***About Skincare Edit*** Skincare Edit is the GCC's most curated destination for expert beauty, clinically proven skincare, and intelligent wellness. We are founder-led, science-informed, and built for the region — with the taste level and commercial ambition to match the best beauty destinations globally. We operate across two channels: Skincare Edit, our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, and Skincare Edit PRO, our B2B wholesale arm supplying clinics, spas, hotels, and professional buyers across the GCC. Both are growing, and this role sits across both. ***The Opportunity*** This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own their work, learn fast, and grow with a brand that is serious about where it is going. You will produce content, run our email marketing, create B2B collateral, and help elevate how Skincare Edit looks and communicates — across social, email, and trade. You will work directly with the founder, with real input into how the brand shows up. We are not looking for someone fully formed. We are looking for someone with strong foundations, genuine curiosity, and the drive to develop. Training and mentorship are part of this role — particularly around AI tools, which we use as a core part of how we work. ***What You Will Do*** Content & Social Media * Plan and publish the Instagram content calendar — feed, Reels, and Stories — consistently and on-brand **Repurpose founder content into multiple formats with speed and creativity** Use AI tools to elevate in-house product photography for social and the website **Create graphics, campaign visuals, and short-form video using Canva and AI tools** Email Marketing * Own our Klaviyo account — campaigns, flows, and performance reporting **Review and improve existing email flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back** Plan and execute promotional and editorial email campaigns end-to-end B2B & E-commerce Collateral * Create professional brochures and sales materials for Skincare Edit PRO **Build product one-pagers, look books, and wholesale PDFs in Canva** Support product page content and buying guides on the website ***What We Are Looking For*** You do not need to have done every part of this role before. You do need to be genuinely capable, self-directed, and excited about what AI tools make possible. Must-haves * Strong Canva skills — you can build on-brand templates and produce finished assets independently **Good written English — clean, confident copy that needs minimal editing** A real interest in AI tools and how they can accelerate content and marketing output **Organised and self-directed — you manage your own priorities without needing constant direction** A genuine interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness Strong advantages * Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform **Meta Ads exposure — even at a basic level** An existing AI workflow — tools you already use daily for copy, design, or content **Experience producing B2B or trade marketing materials** GCC market knowledge **Training & Development** We will invest in the right person. That includes: * Hands-on training in AI tools — Claude, Canva AI, image enhancement, content workflows **Direct mentorship from a founder with 25 years of skin, beauty, and wellness expertise** Klaviyo training and email marketing best practice **Exposure to both DTC e-commerce and B2B wholesale — two very different commercial environments** What we ask in return is that you take ownership, show initiative, and grow into the role with real commitment. ***This Role Is Not For You If*** * You need a very detailed brief before you can start anything — you research, develop, and take initiative yourself **You describe yourself as a social media manager only, without interest in the broader marketing mix** You want a large team, a slow approval process, or a comfortable routine **AI tools are something you plan to explore one day** Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
