Corporate Identity Arhitect

Our client, a leading multinational automotive company, is looking to hire a Regional Corporate Identity Specialist to join their regional team based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in implementing and managing corporate identity standards across retail facilities and dealership environments, along with proven project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and deliver retail facility corporate identity standards across the region in line with brand guidelines and agreed targets. * Coordinate end-to-end project management activities including site selection, design review, contractor coordination, and project execution. * Review design submissions, prepare mark-ups, and provide technical/design feedback to stakeholders. * Liaise closely with retailers, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. * Present project approvals and business case justifications to global stakeholders, including deviation management where applicable. * Support Network Managers and Dealer Principals with feasibility studies related to locations, facility scale, and format planning. * Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and cost adherence to ensure successful delivery and handover. * Resolve construction and implementation issues by adapting plans as required during project execution. * Conduct post-construction audits and ensure retail environment quality is maintained following implementation. * Coordinate with nominated suppliers and retailer representatives to ensure adherence to brand standards and timelines. Key Requirements: * Experience working with corporate identity guidelines and retail facility implementation. * Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in architectural and presentation software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc. * Ability to adapt plans according to project/site requirements and resolve construction-related challenges effectively. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Background: * Experience within automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium retail environments. * Understanding of business case evaluations and translating commercial requirements into viable retail environments. * Leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
