Cost Accountant

**Job Description: Cost Accountant – Restaurant Industry (F&B)** **Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE** We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Cost Accountant** to join our growing team in the restaurant industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs. * Conduct cost analysis and prepare variance reports. * Manage inventory controls and monthly stock reconciliations. * Review purchasing activities and ensure cost efficiency. * Prepare cost reports, financial reports, and management reports. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience as a Cost Accountant in the restaurant/F&B industry within the UAE**. * Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting principles, food cost management, and inventory control procedures. * Experience in stock management, purchasing controls, and inventory reconciliation. * Proficiency in accounting software and restaurant management systems. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. * UAE restaurant industry experience is mandatory. **Preferred Candidate:** * Available for immediate joining. * Proven experience in cost control and financial analysis within a restaurant environment.
