Cost Control Engineer – Aluminium & Façade Projects

**Job Summary:** AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is seeking an experienced **Cost Control Engineer** with background in **aluminium, glass, façade, or construction projects**. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking material and labour costs, and ensuring projects are completed within approved cost targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control project costs against budgets * Track material, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor costs * Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports * Compare budget vs actual expenses and identify variances * Coordinate with Project Manager, QS, Procurement, Store, and Accounts * Review invoices, LPOs, and site expenses * Support project cash flow and profitability analysis * Recommend cost-saving improvements * Maintain project cost records and documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Engineering or related field * Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience** in façade / aluminium / glass / construction projects * Strong knowledge of BOQ, project costing, material control, labour cost, subcontractor billing * Proficiency in **MS Excel** and ERP systems * Good analytical and reporting skills **Preferred:** * QS / Estimator background is an advantage * Immediate joiners preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
