Cost Control Engineer – Façade / Aluminium & Glass Projects

**Job Summary:** AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is looking for an experienced **Cost Control Engineer** with strong background in **façade, aluminium, glass, and construction projects**. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, controlling budgets, tracking material and labour expenses, and ensuring project profitability. **Only candidates with façade / construction project experience will be considered.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets * Track material, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor costs * Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports * Compare budget vs actual costs and identify variances * Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, Procurement, Store, and Accounts teams * Review invoices, LPOs, subcontractor bills, and site expenses * Support project cash flow planning and profitability analysis * Recommend cost-saving measures and improve cost efficiency * Maintain project cost records and documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field * Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience** in façade / aluminium / glass / construction industry * Strong knowledge of **BOQ, project costing, material control, labour cost, and subcontractor billing** * Experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, doors, and windows projects preferred * Proficiency in **MS Excel** and ERP systems * Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills **Preferred:** * QS or Estimator background is an advantage * Immediate joiners preferred Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
