Cost Control Manager (F&B Industry) And Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our growing team. **Cost Control Manager (F&B Industry)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement cost control procedures across food and beverage operations. * Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance. * Conduct recipe costing, menu engineering, and profitability analysis. * Review inventory levels, stock movements, and wastage reports. * Perform monthly stock counts and reconcile inventory variances. * Analyze purchasing trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives. * Prepare weekly and monthly cost control reports for management. * Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to improve cost efficiency. * Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Minimum **4–6 years of experience** in Cost Control within the **Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry**. * Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, recipe costing, and variance analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems. * Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. * UAE experience is preferred. **Senior Accountant** **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. * Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations. * Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Support internal and external audits. * Process journal entries and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities. * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. * Prepare management reports and provide financial insights. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum **3–4 years of UAE accounting experience**. * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting. * Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. * Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
