**Job Description** **Position: CRM Executive** **Department: Sales & Marketing / Customer Experience** **Reports To: Operations Manager / Sales Manager** **Position Overview** The CRM Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, improving customer retention, increasing repeat visits, and driving revenue growth. This role acts as the central point of customer communication and data management, ensuring every guest interaction is tracked, analyzed, and utilized to enhance the overall guest experience. The CRM Executive serves as the “central brain” for customer data and communication within the organization. **Core Responsibilities** Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries. Ensure inquiries are properly directed to the relevant department while following up until resolution and customer satisfaction. Guide customers through the online booking system and provide complete, accurate information. Track, monitor, and record all guest interactions in Zoho CRM. Maintain and update the digital catalog with the latest promotions, packages, and offers. Conduct marketing surveys and manage weekly birthday follow-ups and feedback. Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all data is updated and organized. Keep management informed about daily events, upcoming bookings, schedules, and financial summaries. Monitor customer engagement and suggest strategies to improve retention and repeat visits. Support marketing campaigns by utilizing CRM data for targeted communication. Handle a high volume of customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. **Key Objectives of the Role** The CRM function helps the company to: Identify and understand customer profiles Track every customer interaction Improve sales effectiveness Deliver better customer service Build long-term loyalty and retention Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Zoho CRM Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously Strong organizational and follow-up skills Detail-oriented with strong data management capability **Language Requirement- Arabic is mandatory** Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
