CRM Implementation Project Manager (L3)

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the organization. This role focuses on the execution of the CRM roadmap, ensuring the platform centralizes customer data, automates sales pipelines, and enhances collaboration across marketing and service teams. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, the Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between commercial teams and technical stakeholders to ensure the system follows the correct workflows and delivers tangible business value. **Requirements** **Core Requirements** * **Level:** L3 (Execution & Alignment). * **Location:** Based onsite in Abu Dhabi (4–5 days per week). * **Experience:** Proven track record in project management, CRM, or similar cloud-based AI-driven business applications. * **Skills:** Strong organizational skills with a focus on progressing instructions, tracking milestones, and reporting back to leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Execution:** Manage the day-to-day implementation tasks of the CRM, ensuring the project remains on schedule and aligned with strategic instructions. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Interact with all relevant business units and commercial teams to capture specific workflow needs and ensure the CRM delivers localized value. * **Progress Reporting:** Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates on implementation health, risks, and resource alignment. * **Workflow Alignment:** Ensure that the CRM configuration reflects the organization's operational reality and supports automated task management.
