Harlem Group is hiring...Position:      CRM ManagerCompany:    Harlem GroupIndustry:      AutomotiveReports To:  Group Marketing & CX DirectorLocation:      ErbilJob PurposeThe CRM Manager is responsible for managing customer relationship management operations across Harlem Group by overseeing customer database management, lead handling processes, customer journey tracking, call center coordination, retention campaigns, customer satisfaction monitoring, reporting, and aftersales customer engagement. The role aims to improve lead conversion, customer experience, follow-up efficiency, customer retention performance, and long-term customer loyalty.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Experience, or related field.5–7 years of experience in CRM, customer experience, call center management, or customer operations roles.Experience with CRM systems, customer analytics, and customer retention initiatives is preferred.Arabic and English proficiency required; Kurdish preferred..Working ConditionsOffice-based role within the Central Marketing & Customer Experience Department.Requires regular coordination with sales showrooms, aftersales workshops, and customer support operations across Baghdad. Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: [email protected]
