**Role Overview**
QuaNode is seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Customer Relationship Manager** with a strong background in **business development, strategic partnerships, and client engagement**.
This is a full-time remote role for a professional capable of building long-term business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic collaborations with clients, startups, enterprises, and technology partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication and relationship management skills with a deep understanding of technology businesses, SaaS ecosystems, software services, and developer-focused products.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Relationship Management**
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
* Understand client business needs and align QuaNode solutions accordingly
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful engagement outcomes
**Strategic Communication**
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to communicate customer needs
* Prepare reports, market insights, and partnership recommendations
* Represent QuaNode in meetings, conferences, online events, and business discussions
* Help position QuaNode technologies and products within target markets

**Requirements**
**Professional Qualifications**
* Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or business development
* Strong background in B2B partnerships and strategic communications
* Experience working with software companies, SaaS platforms, startups, or technology services
* Understanding of software development ecosystems and modern technology products
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long-term business relationships
