Design and Estimation Engineer – Fire & Safety Systems

**Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare design drawings, system layouts, and hydraulic calculations for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems * Ensure all designs comply with UAE Civil Defense codes, NFPA standards, and local authority regulations * Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to obtain design approvals * Prepare material submittals, BOQs, and technical documentation * Work closely with project and estimation teams during project handover and execution stages * Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail * Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems * Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material pricing and technical data * Ensure accuracy in pricing and full compliance with tender requirements * Provide technical and cost-related support to design and sales teams **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) * 2–4 years of experience in design and/or estimation of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems * Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense regulations * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software * Excellent communication and coordination skills (Arabic language proficiency required) * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
