Design Process Engineer

##### **Overview** #### ***Job Details:*** *Lead and manage the full design process for real estate projects, starting from defining the design brief up to SLD approvals and final TDP review.* *Coordinate and guide designers and project teams at all stages to ensure compliance with legal requirements, technical standards, and client expectations.* *Develop project timelines, monitor progress regularly, and identify risks while taking preventive actions to keep projects on track and within budget.* *Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely decisions.* *Prepare, review, and manage project contracts while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.* *Oversee overall project execution from initial concept and planning to final completion.* *Support the team by resolving issues, managing technical documentation, and ensuring alignment between design goals and project execution.* *Ensure proper follow up and coordination to maintain efficiency across all project phases.* #### ***Job Experience Requirements*** *Higher education in Design or a related field.* *Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles.* *At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams.* *Strong understanding of construction regulations, design documentation processes, STR requirements, and planning frameworks.* *Good command of project management and technical tools such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.* *Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle complex projects.* *About Company:* *ZCREATIX is a modern and growth-oriented organization focused on delivering high-quality results across multiple industries.
