Location: UAE Experience: 1–3 Years Key Responsibilities * Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common software applications * Support users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and basic Active Directory tasks * Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, printer, and network connectivity issues * Handle ticketing system updates and ensure timely closure of support requests as per SLA * Perform system formatting, software installations, upgrades, and patch updates * Configure and support IP phones, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and shared drives * Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including system setup and user account creation * Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for issue escalation when required * Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities * Provide remote and onsite support to users across office locations * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity practicesTechnical Skills Required * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field * Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or CompTIA A+ preferred * UAE experience will be an added advantage * Valid UAE driving license is preferred for field support roles Soft Skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good problem-solving and analytical abilities * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks * Customer-focused attitude with professional behavior * Team player with willingness to learn new technologies * Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN) * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook troubleshooting * Knowledge of Active Directory user management and password resets * Familiarity with printers, scanners, biometric devices, and endpoint devices * Basic understanding of antivirus and endpoint security solutions * Experience using ticketing/helpdesk systems * Remote support experience using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar tools Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
