Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Business Bay, Dubai, UAE Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives Oaklyn Real Estate LLC (Oaklyn Realty) About the Role Oaklyn Realty is a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, manage property portal marketing, and optimize campaign performance. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with UAE real estate experience who understands performance marketing, CRM management, and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities * Generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels * Manage and optimize listings, featured properties, and promotions on Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portals * Manage Bitrix CRM, including lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting, and workflow optimization * Monitor campaign performance, CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality * Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and follow-up processes * Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Off-Plan, Secondary Market, Leasing, and Rental properties * Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports * Support SEO, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives Requirements * Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate digital marketing experience * Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing * Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising * Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and property portal marketing * Strong knowledge of Bitrix CRM and lead management systems * Experience analyzing CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer ✔ Salary starting from AED 8,000 + performance incentives ✔ Opportunity to join a fast-growing real estate brokerage ✔ Professional and collaborative work environment ✔ Career growth and development opportunities ✔ Direct impact on company growth and lead generation success If you are passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, and real estate, we'd love to hear from you.
