Draft Department Head

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Draft Department Head** to lead our drafting team for landscape projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive UAE experience, and expertise in landscape drafting and design coordination. **Requirements:** * Minimum **8 years of UAE experience** in landscape drafting/design. * Proven experience leading and managing a drafting department/team. * Strong knowledge of landscape construction drawings, detailing, and shop drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. * Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams. * Strong understanding of UAE regulations and standards. * **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.** * Excellent communication and team management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the drafting department. * Review and approve landscape drawings and technical submissions. * Ensure project drawings comply with client requirements and company standards. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams. * Monitor drafting schedules and ensure timely project delivery. * Mentor and develop drafting team members.
