We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our creative team and help bring our design visions to life. **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Draftsman to produce detailed technical drawings and plans for our custom closet and kitchen projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure every project meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Drawings:** Develop precise technical drawings, schematics, and plans using AutoCAD (or similar drafting software) for custom closet and kitchen designs. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers, engineers, and production teams to translate conceptual designs into accurate technical specifications. * **Revisions:** Review and modify drawings based on feedback from team members and client requirements. * **Standards Compliance:** Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company specifications. * **Documentation:** Maintain organized records of all designs, revisions, and project details. * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve drafting procedures and contribute to the enhancement of our design processes. **Qualifications:** * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably within custom cabinetry, closet, or kitchen design/manufacturing environments. * Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar drafting software. * Strong technical drawing skills and keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Familiarity with building codes and industry standards is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * A creative, supportive, and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. * The chance to contribute to the innovative projects of a growing company.
