Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Draftsman to prepare detailed technical drawings and fabrication layouts for aluminum works such as doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, cladding, and structural glazing systems. The candidate should be proficient in CAD software and capable of coordinating with engineers, project managers, and production teams to ensure accurate fabrication and installation drawings. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed shop drawings for aluminum and glazing works. * Develop fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs. * Interpret architectural and structural drawings/specifications. * Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and production departments. * Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards. * Prepare as-built drawings after project completion. * Maintain drawing records and documentation. * Assist in quantity estimation and procurement support when required. Required Skills * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. * Knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and glazing details. * Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. * Understanding of fabrication and installation processes. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy.
