Draftsman

* **Project Coordination:** * Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely delivery of drafts and revisions. * Coordinate Architectural drawings with all other activities (Structural/MEP/Landscape…..). * **Drafting and Design:** * Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software. * **Documentation and Quality Control:** * Maintain organized records of all design drawings, changes, and project documentation. * Review project documents and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality. * **Collaboration:** * Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project development. * **Education:** * Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting, Construction Technology, or a related field. * Certification in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software is preferred. * **Experience:** * Proven experience as an architectural draftsman 10+ years , architectural technician, or similar role in the construction or architecture industry. * Experience with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) * Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and building practices. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing and design. * **Communication Skills:** * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members .
