Draftsman

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans based on project requirements and engineer specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CAD software to support design and construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and layouts based on engineer instructions * Convert sketches and concepts into accurate CAD drawings * Modify and update drawings as per project revisions and feedback * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and codes * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams for design accuracy * Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings * Assist in preparing BOQs and technical details when required * Review drawings for errors and ensure precision before submission * Support project teams with as-built drawings and revisions **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman (Civil/Architectural/MEP depending on role) * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Knowledge of other design software such as Revit, 3D Max, or similar is an advantage * Good understanding of construction drawings and standards * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects **Preferred Qualifications:** * UAE/GCC experience preferred * Experience in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects * Knowledge of BIM is an advantage Work Location: In person
