Draftsman

**Job Title:** Draftsman – (Only Construction experience) **Department:** Construction **Location:** Dubai, Business Bay **Salary**: 8000 to 10000 AED **Experience required:** 8 to 10 years (Mandatory) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings in compliance with project specifications and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD. * Develop architectural, structural, and MEP drawings as per project requirements. * Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and consultants. * Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and local regulations. * Coordinate with project teams to understand design requirements. * Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions. * Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQ references. * Review and check drawings for accuracy before submission. * Support site team with drawing clarifications when required. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field. * Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in construction drafting. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant software. * Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing. * Familiarity with UAE construction standards is preferred. * Good communication and coordination skills. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
