Draftsman

Job Summary The Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, and project managers. The role includes revising drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using CAD software. * Revise and update drawings according to project requirements and site conditions. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy. * Prepare as-built drawings and documentation. * Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, UAE regulations, and authority requirements. * Maintain proper records and filing of drawings and revisions. * Assist in quantity take-offs and material coordination when required. * Review drawings for completeness and identify discrepancies. * Coordinate with site teams for clarification and updates related to drawings. Requirements * Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. * Good understanding of technical drawings and construction standards. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Preferred Philippines Female . * **Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman in construction, fit-out, engineering, or related industry.** Preferred Experience * Experience working on UAE projects and familiarity with local authority requirements. * Knowledge of 3D drafting software is an advantage.
