Draftsman – Construction & Fit-Out Works

AYA Constructions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Draftsman** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for ongoing construction, finishing, and fit-out projects across Dubai. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance. * Prepare material submittals and construction documentation. * Revise and update drawings based on site requirements and project changes. * Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards. * Support project execution through accurate drafting and documentation. Requirements: * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Draftsman in the contracting and construction industry. * Strong experience in **construction finishes, interior fit-out works, and villa/commercial projects**. * Proficiency in preparing shop drawings, technical drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing systems, and fit-out methodologies. * Familiarity with UAE construction standards, local codes, and project specifications. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is required; knowledge of **Revit** is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Excellent coordination and communication skills.
