Draftsman- Landscape+ Pool

PTWL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Landscape Draughtsman** with 5+ years of experience in landscaping, swimming pools, and water features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate design and technical drawings across all landscape disciplines while ensuring coordination, compliance, and timely project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Landscape Design & Drafting** * Prepare concept and detailed design drawings in coordination with clients and project teams. * Develop shop drawings for softscape and hardscape works, including setting-out levels and coordinates. * Prepare longitudinal sections, quantity layouts, and full irrigation drawings (mainline, sprinklers, drip systems). **2. Pools & Water Features (WF)** * Prepare detailed swimming pool drawings including layouts, levels, finishes, and sections. * Develop structural drawings for pools and related systems. * Draft technical drawings for water features such as fountains, waterfalls, ponds, and artificial streams. * Coordinate with MEP systems including pumps, filtration, drainage, and lighting for pools and water features. * Ensure compliance with local authority requirements related to pools and water features. **3. Technical & Authority Drawings** * Prepare as-built drawings for project handover. * Develop NOC drawings for authority approvals, including asphalt removal and related submissions. * Produce detailed drawings for specialized landscape elements and structures. **4. Coordination & Revisions** * Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams regarding drawing requirements. * Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions. * Support design development and decorative landscape detailing. **5. Project & Proposal Support** * Prepare proposal drawings and General Arrangement (GA) drawings. * Develop pre-concept landscape, pool, and water feature designs. * Ensure all drawings meet project scope, specifications, and deadlines. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Landscape Draughtsman in landscaping projects. * Strong experience in landscaping, swimming pools, and water features (mandatory). * Good understanding of structural and MEP coordination. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software. * Ability to interpret client requirements into accurate technical drawings. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
