E-commerce Business Product & Sales Executive

Job Vacancy: E-commerce Business Manager (UAE) **Location:** UAE (Remote/On-site) **Experience:** 3–7 years in B2C e-commerce **Salary:** Salary + Profit Share (10–20%) About the Role We are looking for a **hands-on E-commerce Business Manager** to **launch and run our B2C e-commerce business** in the UAE. This role requires someone who can take **complete ownership**: from product selection and supplier sourcing to marketing, order fulfillment, and customer support. You will **run the business independently**, while the owner provides funding and oversees performance. Key Responsibilities * Research, select, and approve profitable products for UAE B2C market * Source suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage inventory * Set up and manage Shopify / marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.) * Handle pricing, promotions, and margin control * Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) * Manage daily operations, order fulfillment, and customer support * Monitor sales, track KPIs, and report weekly * Optimize business processes to maximize profitability Requirements * Minimum 3–7 years experience in B2C e-commerce operations * Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce business * Strong understanding of product sourcing, pricing, and supplier negotiation * Knowledge of Shopify / marketplaces and digital marketing * Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits * Fixed Salary: per month * Profit Share: 10–20% of net profit (incentivized for results) * Flexible work location (remote or on-site) * Opportunity to grow with the business How to Apply Send your CV + brief description of your **previous e-commerce projects And products Experience to call For an Interview.** Include links to any online stores or campaigns you have managed.
