Ecommerce Executive/Shopify Expert
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Ecommerce Executive / Shopify Expert** to manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with **Shopify website management and development**, third-party marketplace operations, digital advertising, analytics, and AI tools.
This role requires someone who can manage daily e-commerce operations, improve website performance, increase online sales, run paid advertising campaigns, and use data-driven insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities -Shopify Website Management
* Manage and maintain Shopify websites, including product uploads, collections, pricing, promotions, banners, and content updates.
* Improve the overall website user experience, navigation, checkout flow, and conversion rate.
* Coordinate with designers and internal teams for website improvements and new feature implementation.
* Monitor website performance, fix basic issues, and ensure all pages, products, and apps are working correctly.
* Manage Shopify apps, payment gateways, shipping settings, discount codes, and integrations.
Marketplace Management
* Manage and develop product listings on third-party marketplaces such as **Noon, Namshi, Amazon, Trendyol**, and other relevant platforms.
* Handle product uploads, pricing, inventory updates, promotions, order coordination, and marketplace content optimization.
* Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications are optimized for visibility and sales.
* Monitor marketplace performance, customer feedback, ratings, and sales reports.
* Coordinate with marketplace account managers where required.
Digital Advertising
* Plan, schedule, and manage paid advertising campaigns across **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads**, including Facebook and Instagram.
* Create campaign structures for traffic, conversions, retargeting, catalog sales, and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor ad performance, budgets, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
* Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve sales and reduce acquisition costs.
* Coordinate ad creatives, copy, product feeds, and landing pages.
Analytics and Reporting
* Track and analyze ecommerce performance across Shopify, marketplaces, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other reporting tools.
* Prepare regular sales, traffic, advertising, and performance reports.
* Identify trends, best-selling products, slow-moving items, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
* Use data to recommend improvements for website performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
AI Tools and Automation
* Use AI tools and effective prompts to improve productivity, content creation, product descriptions, ad copy, keyword research, reporting, and campaign planning.
* Explore automation opportunities to streamline ecommerce operations, reporting, and marketing workflows.
* Stay updated with new ecommerce, advertising, and AI tools relevant to business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods business.
* Strong hands-on experience with **Shopify**.
* Experience managing third-party marketplaces such as **Noon, Namshi, Amazon, and Trendyol**.
* Good knowledge of **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads Manager**.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to read reports, understand KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and advertising reports.
* Good understanding of product listing optimization, SEO basics, conversion rate optimization, and online merchandising.
* Ability to write or improve product content, promotional copy, and ad copy.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for ecommerce and marketing tasks.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple platforms at the same time.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Growth in online sales revenue.
* Improvement in website conversion rate.
* Increase in marketplace sales and product visibility.
* Improved ROAS from Google and Meta campaigns.
* Reduction in product listing errors and operational issues.
* Timely product uploads, campaign launches, and reporting.
* Improvement in customer experience, ratings, and repeat purchases.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in the UAE or GCC ecommerce market.
* Knowledge of product feeds, catalog management, and inventory synchronization.
* Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools.
Experience with Canva, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Merchant Center, or similar tools is an advantage
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
