**Electrical BIM Modeler** **Company:** Universal BIM Technical Services LLC **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Electrical BIM Modeler** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and supporting multidisciplinary coordination across MEP services. Key Responsibilities * Develop and coordinate Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software. * Prepare detailed models for lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low current (ELV) systems. * Coordinate with Mechanical and Plumbing disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues. * Generate shop drawings, layouts, and documentation directly from BIM models. * Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client requirements. * Participate in coordination meetings and support project delivery timelines. * Collaborate with engineers and BIM teams to ensure accuracy and model integrity. Requirements * 2–4 years of UAE experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler. * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. * Solid knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm systems. * Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Must be currently available in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
