### **Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical components, equipment, and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical principles, circuit design, and a passion for innovation. You will work on exciting projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and test electrical circuits, components, and systems for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
* Utilize CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD) for schematic capture, PCB layout, and design verification.
* Perform simulations and analyses using tools such as SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink to validate designs and predict performance under various conditions.
* Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and fixtures for electrical components and systems, including debugging and troubleshooting issues.
* Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into complete product solutions.
* Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, manufacturing instructions, and bill of materials (BOMs).
* Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.
* Stay abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in electrical engineering to continually enhance design methodologies and product offerings.
* Ensure all designs meet relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., UL, CE, FCC).
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, communicating progress and potential roadblocks to project managers.
