Electrical Site Engineer

**Job Title:** Electrical Site Engineer **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Summary** We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications * Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents related to electrical systems * Ensure electrical installations comply with project specification and complies all safety standards, and local regulations * Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other site engineers to ensure smooth workflow and avoid conflicts or delay * Monitor progress of electrical works and report any delays or issues to project team * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards * Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for technical clarifications * Assist in planning and scheduling of electrical works * Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities * Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely manner * Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) * **5–7 years of relevant work experience** in supervising electrical works at construction sites * Good understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and installation practices * Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications * Strong coordination and communication skills * Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures * Basic proficiency in MS Office and engineering-related software * AutoCAD **Preferred Skills** * Experience working on construction projects in the UAE * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Electrical site supervision: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
