Electrical Site Manager – HV Substations

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Electrical Site Manager** to lead the execution of high-voltage substation projects (380kV & 132kV) in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing site activities from installation through commissioning, ensuring full compliance with SEC standards and project specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all on-site activities for substation projects (installation & commissioning). * Supervise installation of electrical equipment including: * Transformers * Circuit breakers * GIS/AIS switchgear * Protection & control systems * Ensure compliance with **SEC standards**, project drawings, and safety regulations. * Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks. * Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Manage site documentation, progress reports, and technical records. * Oversee commissioning activities including testing, validation, and energization. * Identify risks and implement mitigation plans. ✅ **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum **8 years of experience** in **HV substations (132kV / 380kV)**. * Strong experience working on **SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) projects**. * Solid background in both **installation and commissioning phases**. * Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 or MS Project** * Ability to review technical drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent) * Experience with **SCADA / Protection systems (e.g., SIPROTEC or similar is a plus)** * Strong knowledge of QA/QC and testing procedures **Soft Skills** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication (client-facing role) * High level of organization and problem-solving ability **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with major EPC contractors or OEMs in the energy sector * Previous experience working with major clients in KSA Pay: From ﷼17,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have hands-on experience working on 132kV or 380kV substation projects?
