Erp stock and accountant

Key Responsibilities**1. ERP & Stock Management** * **Inventory Control:** Track stock levels, oversee warehouse movements, and ensure accurate valuation of goods within the ERP software. * **Reconciliation:** Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling variances between physical stock and ERP data. * **Costing:** Maintain standard costs for inventory, track landed costs, and analyze product margins. * **Workflow:** Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing of incoming shipments and outgoing sales orders. **2. Core Accounting & Finance** * **Transaction Processing:** Post and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and sales receipts. * **Month-End Closing:** Assist with general ledger entries, process bank reconciliations, and close inventory periods. * **Financial Reporting:** Generate analytical reports to help management monitor profitability and control operational costs. * **Compliance:** Ensure invoices match tax laws (such as UAE VAT) and support internal or external audit requirements. Core Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. * **System Skills:** Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Tally). * **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to track variances, identify discrepancies, and understand how stock movements impact the General Ledger.
