Estimation Engineer

HIRING NOW – ESTIMATION ENGINEER (INTERIOR FIT-OUT) Blueprint Experts Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. Location: Ajman, UAE Experience Required: 2–3 Years Industry: Interior Fit-Out, Renovation & Joinery Key Responsibilities: * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Conduct quantity take-offs and cost calculations * Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors * Prepare competitive project pricing and proposals * Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams Requirements: * 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation * Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and construction methods * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Excellent analytical and communication skills Immediate joiners will be preferred.
