Estimation Engineer

**Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for FM services (HVAC, soft & hard services). * Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work. * Conduct site visits to assess facilities and project requirements. * Prepare tender documents, pricing schedules, and commercial proposals. * Coordinate with operations, procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing. * Evaluate vendor quotations and perform cost comparisons. * Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities. * Assist in tender negotiations and post-tender clarifications. * Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and benchmarks. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. * Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in Facilities Management or related field. * Strong knowledge of FM services and maintenance contracts. * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and estimation tools. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * **Valid driving license (mandatory).** * Good communication, analytical, and time-management skills. Preferred * Experience with AMC/FM tendering. * Knowledge of local market rates and suppliers. * Familiarity with CAFM systems. * Professional certifications are an added advantage.
