Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Estimation Engineer** with a strong background in **District Cooling, Civil Infrastructure, and Mechanical Works**. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, quantity take-offs, and commercial evaluations for infrastructure and district cooling projects across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for civil and mechanical works. * Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Analyze project risks, opportunities, and cost implications. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation. * Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions within stipulated deadlines. * Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and tender clarification meetings. * Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records. * Support post-award handover and budget preparation activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. * **Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience** in estimation and tendering. * Proven experience in **District Cooling Networks, Chilled Water Pipelines, ETS Works, Utility Infrastructure, and Civil Construction Projects**. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, contract requirements, and authority regulations. * Proficiency in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tender preparation. * Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines. **Preferred Experience** * District Cooling Projects (EMPower, Tabreed, Emicool, etc.) * Chilled Water Pipe Networks * Infrastructure & Utility Works * Civil Construction and Mechanical Piping Works * Road Crossings, NDRC Works, Valve Chambers, and Associated Civil Works **Benefits** * Competitive salary package. * Career growth opportunities. * Medical Insurance * Dynamic and professional working environment.
