Estimation Engineer

**Job Title: Estimator – Fit-Out Projects** Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi Company: GRP Three General Contracting LLC We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the commercial team in securing and executing projects efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for fit-out and interior projects \* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements \* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations \* Review tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures \* Work closely with the commercial, procurement, and project teams \* Ensure timely submission of estimates and tender documents \* Maintain updated cost databases and supplier records **Requirements:** \* Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out/interior projects (UAE experience preferred) \* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes \* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents \* Proficiency in Excel and estimation software \* Strong analytical and negotiation skills \* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **What We Offer:** \* Competitive salary package \* Opportunity to work on high-profile fit-out projects \* Professional growth within a dynamic team If you meet the above criteria, please send your CV to [email protected] with the subject line “Estimator Application –Fit-Out” Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
