Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for glass and aluminum fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with the sales, design, and operations teams to analyze project requirements, materials, and labor costs. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Cost Estimation:** Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for glass and aluminum projects, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses. * **Technical Analysis:** Review architectural and structural drawings to assess project feasibility and material requirements. * **Value Engineering:** Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent. * **Proposal Development:** Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the quantity survey, design, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in estimations and seamless project execution. * **Post-Project Review:** Analyze completed projects to refine estimation processes and improve future cost projections. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in estimation for glass, aluminum, or façade projects. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. * Strong understanding of glass and aluminum systems, fabrication, and installation. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * **Soft Skills:** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * **Preferred:** Experience in luxury or high-end interior/exterior fit-outs. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
