Estimation Engineer – Mechanical

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Estimation Engineer – Mechanical** to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for mechanical works in construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs for mechanical works * Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations * Analyze project requirements and prepare technical/commercial proposals * Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations * Coordinate with procurement and project teams during tender stage * Maintain estimation records and documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * **3–5 years of experience** as Estimation Engineer in contracting companies * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software * Good analytical, technical, and communication skills * UAE experience preferred Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
