Estimation Engineer (Precast)

Job Description – Estimation Engineer (Precast Only) **Job Title:** Estimation Engineer – Precast **Location:** Ajman, UAE **Salary:** Up to AED 5,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 3+ Years in Precast Industry Only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong background exclusively in precast concrete projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations, tender submissions, quantity take-offs, and coordination related to precast elements and production. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates for precast concrete projects. * Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to precast works. * Perform quantity take-offs for precast elements such as walls, slabs, beams, columns, staircases, and façade panels. * Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and cost comparison reports. * Coordinate with production, design, and procurement departments for pricing and material requirements. * Evaluate costs related to molds, reinforcement, concrete, transportation, and erection of precast elements. * Maintain updated database of precast material and production costs. * Assist management in project budgeting and cost planning. * Ensure timely submission of estimation and tender documents. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in precast estimation works only. * Strong knowledge of precast production and erection processes. * Ability to read precast shop drawings and structural drawings. * Experience in BOQ preparation and tendering for precast projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. * UAE experience preferred. Skills Required * Strong analytical and calculation skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities. * Knowledge of UAE construction market rates for precast works. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders.
