Job Summary: The Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s event management services. The role involves handling corporate clients, exhibitions, conferences, activations, weddings, and other events while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and generate new business opportunities in the events industry. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. * Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. * Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and event pitches. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and event briefings. * Coordinate with operations, production, and design teams for event execution. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals professionally. * Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending payments. * Maintain updated client database and sales reports. * Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to expand business opportunities. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets. * Assign sales targets and monitor team performance regularly. * Train and motivate team members to improve sales skills and client handling. * Conduct sales meetings and provide performance feedback. * Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase revenue. * Ensure proper follow-up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries by the team. * Monitor daily sales activities and maintain sales reports. * Support the team in closing major deals and handling key clients. * Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork within the department. * Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and market updates. Requirements & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in event sales or event management within the UAE. * Strong client network and market knowledge in the UAE events industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * UAE Driving License is preferred.
