Exhibition - Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with minimum 4+ years of experience strictly in the exhibition industry. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of exhibition stand design, client handling, and proven ability to generate and close projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate new business specifically for exhibitions. * Develop and maintain relationships with exhibition clients and corporate exhibitors. * Identify upcoming exhibitions and secure stand design contracts. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations. * Coordinate with internal design and production teams for smooth project execution. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. * Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of sales experience in exhibitions. * Strong understanding of exhibition stand production and materials. * Existing client database in UAE exhibition market preferred. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Target-oriented with proven sales track record. * Valid UAE driving license preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary + attractive commission structure. * Growth opportunities within a growing exhibition company. * Professional and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to work on major exhibitions in the UAE.
