Facility Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire safety. * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently. * Supervise and coordinate with in-house technicians and third-party service contractors. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and reports. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. * Oversee energy management and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce energy usage. * Provide technical support for renovation and remodeling projects within the building. * Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and control expenses. * Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance complaints professionally and promptly. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or residential building maintenance. * Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP), BMS (Building Management Systems), and preventive maintenance techniques. * Good understanding of local safety, fire, and building regulations. * Hands-on troubleshooting skills. * Ability to manage contractors and multiple service providers. * Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus. * Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
