Facility Engineer – Maintenance Operations

Role Purpose: Building maintenance management The Senior Facility Engineer will lead all technical aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring quality compliance, technical accuracy, and timely execution of work orders. The role is designed to replace the existing Supervisor position with a more technically strong and client-focused role, improving service delivery and operational discipline. **Key Responsibilities:** · Operational & Technical Leadership · Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across AC, MEP, and handyman services. · Validate and approve technical solutions for complex issues reported by technicians. · Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with ISO and company SOP standards. · Monitor job allocation and completion via maintenance tracking software. **Team Supervision & Development** · Provide on-site technical guidance to technicians for troubleshooting. · Support Facility Coordinators in technical clarifications and client communication. · Conduct weekly review meetings to track job progress, issues, and KPIs. · Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs for technicians. · **Resource & Quality Management** · Review material requests and ensure optimal usage to prevent misuse. · Ensure proper stock control, vehicle maintenance, and clean/tidy work practices. · Verify that digital job reporting (with photos) is completed for every task. · Client & Safety Compliance · Represent technical expertise in client meetings when needed. · Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering * Experience in facility management or building maintenance operations * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance procedures * Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to manage teams and contractors effectively * Familiarity with safety regulations and building standards * Good communication and reporting skills * UAE experience is an advantage Skills * Facility Operations Management * Preventive Maintenance Planning * Technical Troubleshooting * Team Supervision * Time Management * Customer Service & Tenant Relations * Health & Safety Compliance Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
