Facility Management Engineer

***Job Summary:*** We are looking for a qualified and motivated FM Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Facility Management operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and facility operations. Candidates with DEWA approval will be preferred. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Supervise and manage daily facility management operations. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems or Civil works. * Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building systems. * Ensure all maintenance works are completed safely and efficiently. * Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers. * Prepare maintenance reports, service schedules, and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and building standards. * Attend client complaints and resolve technical issues promptly. * Monitor utility consumption and support energy-saving initiatives. * Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service quality standards. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. * 2–3 years of UAE experience in Facility Management. * Knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance procedures. * DEWA approved candidates will be preferred. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors. * UAE Driving License will be an added advantage. ***Job Type:*** Full-time Work Location: In person
