Factory Manager – Aluminium & Glass

**Position - Factory Manager ( Aluminium & Glass)** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Aluminium / Glass / Interior Fit-Out / Construction We are looking for an experienced **Factory Manager – Aluminium & Glass** to oversee and manage all factory operations related to aluminium fabrication, glass processing, production planning, workforce management, quality assurance, and project delivery coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience in aluminium and glass manufacturing/fabrication, factory operations management, production scheduling, and team leadership within the construction or interior fit-out industry. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery of materials to project sites. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage overall factory operations for aluminium and glass fabrication works. * Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, assembly, glazing, finishing, and dispatch. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and installation teams. * Ensure production targets and project deadlines are achieved. * Monitor factory productivity, material utilization, and wastage control. * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Manage factory manpower including supervisors, fabricators, machine operators, and helpers. * Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions when required. * Monitor machinery performance, maintenance schedules, and equipment utilization. * Ensure implementation of health and safety procedures within the factory. * Coordinate procurement requirements and inventory management. * Prepare production reports, KPI reports, and factory performance analysis. * Resolve operational, technical, and production-related issues efficiently. * Support management in process improvement and operational cost optimization. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in aluminium and glass fabrication industry. * Minimum 3 years experience in Factory Management role. * Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glass works, curtain wall, partitions, windows, doors, and glazing systems. * Ability to read and interpret fabrication/shop drawings. * Strong leadership and workforce management skills. * Excellent production planning and operational management abilities. * Good understanding of quality control and factory safety standards. * Computer proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
