**Desktop Support Engineer** We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support to end users. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, networks, operating systems, and business applications. The role involves handling helpdesk tickets, resolving hardware/software issues, supporting email and Office 365, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Good communication skills, basic networking knowledge, and 2–3 years of IT support experience are preferred.
