**Job Title: Female General Accountant** **Location:** UAE **Industry:** Manufacturing **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** AED 7,000 – AED 7,500 per month **Benefits:** Transportation Provided, Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Leave as per UAE Labor Law Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our manufacturing company in the UAE. The ideal candidate with at least 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities * Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. * Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and manufacturing costs. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations. * Monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts. * Process payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursements. * Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE statutory requirements. * Support management with financial analysis and operational reporting. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience. * Previous experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting standards. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Experience in inventory accounting and cost accounting is highly preferred. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Professional accounting certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) will be an advantage. * Experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments.
