Female Marketing Manager

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Marketing Manager. **Responsibilities** * Create and coordinate marketing content, branding materials, and advertising initiatives. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. * Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution. * Corporate with projects department to Plan and manage events, exhibitions. * Plan and manage photoshoots, and promotional activations for the Companies. * Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports. * Manage the marketing budget in coordination with the Management and ensure cost-effective promotional activities. * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. * Support business development initiatives through lead generation and customer engagement strategies. * Represent the Companies professionally in meetings, networking events, and marketing discussions. * Coordinate and manage brand collaborations, magazine features, media partnerships, and journalist relations to enhance the Companies brand visibility and public presence. **Requirements and skills** * Proven experience in a Marketing & PR field with minimum 3 years experience in UAE Market. * Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer * Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (corporate events,meetings) * Excellent time management and communication skills * Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships * Ability to manage multiple projects independently * ERP system skills & MS Office proficiency * Willing to submit references from previous clients * BS in Event Management or related field Job Type: Full-time Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Marketing Manager: 3 years (Preferred) * UAE Market: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
