Field Sales Intern

We are looking for a highly energetic and field-oriented **Sales Intern / Business Development Intern** to support our commercial fit-out growth strategy in Dubai. The candidate will directly approach and build relationships with: * Facility managers * Leasing managers * Property management companies * Building management teams * Commercial brokers across key business districts of Business Bay, JLT, DIFC etc The primary objective is to identify tenant movements, office leasing activity, and fit-out opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Field Prospecting & Outreach * Visit commercial towers, office buildings, and business districts daily * Meet facility managers, leasing teams, and property management representatives * Introduce company services and build relationships Lead Generation Identify and collect information on: * New tenant move-ins * Tenant move-outs * Office renovation requirements * New leasing activity * Expansion requirements Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with: * Facility management companies * Leasing brokers * Property managers * Office management teams Coordinate qualified leads with Sales Manager for: * Client meetings * Site visits * Proposal discussions Requirements * Bachelor’s degree / pursuing degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering preferred) * Strong communication skills in English * Confident, presentable, and proactive personality * Willingness to travel extensively within Dubai * Interest in sales, real estate, interiors, or construction Preferred * UAE driving license (advantage) * Prior internship/sales exposure preferred **Stipend: Basic Stipend + bonus based on sales will be paid for 3 months with a potential for full time opportunity based on performance at the end of 3 months. Internship certificate will be provided.** Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Internship : 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
